Refund Policy

This policy belongs to KONSORTIUM MAJUMAS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 201201036931), trading as Gan Chin Soon.

Card payments. If you pay by credit or debit card, by PayPal or by online banking (FPX), the payment is charged by Konsortium Majumas Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201201036931) and processed by Stripe, PayPal or Billplz. These terms and our refund policy apply in the same way. If you pay by card for the registration, Stripe keeps your card so that you can add the VIP upgrade in the same order with one click. It is charged again only if you click to buy the VIP upgrade, and for nothing else.

Please read this before you buy: we do not give refunds. Every purchase is final once paid. Check the sales page, the dates and the price carefully before you pay.

1. No refunds

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. This applies to every product we sell:

2. Instalment plans

If you chose the 6-month plan for Legacy Mentoring, you agreed to pay all six instalments. They stay payable in full even if you stop attending. Instalments already paid are not refunded.

3. The only exceptions

These are our obligations to you, not a right to change your mind:

We cancel. If we cancel a live event or session and do not run it on a new date within 90 days, we refund that purchase in full.
Wrong charge. If you were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not agree to, we refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.
The law. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), which cannot be excluded, or under any other law that applies to you.

In these cases, email [email protected] with your order reference. We refund to the payment method you used, within 10 working days.

4. Chargebacks

Contact us first. If you open a chargeback with your bank on a payment that this policy does not cover, we will send the bank our records of your order and your access, and we may suspend your access while the dispute is open.
