Who you are dealing with. These terms are between you and KONSORTIUM MAJUMAS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 201201036931), a company registered in Malaysia. On our pages we use the name Gan Chin Soon, the trainer. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Konsortium Majumas Sdn. Bhd. “You” means the person registering or buying.
Card payments. If you pay by credit or debit card, by PayPal or by online banking (FPX), the payment is charged by Konsortium Majumas Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201201036931) and processed by Stripe, PayPal or Billplz. These terms and our refund policy apply in the same way. If you pay by card for the registration, Stripe keeps your card so that you can add the VIP upgrade in the same order with one click. It is charged again only if you click to buy the VIP upgrade, and for nothing else.

Everything we teach is professional training. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. We are not acting as your licensed adviser. You stay responsible for your own business, your own compliance and your own decisions.
We make no promise about what you will earn, sell or achieve. Any past results we mention are our own history, not a forecast for you. Your results depend on you, your market and your effort.
A promo code is valid only until the date shown with it. Codes tied to an event expire when that event ends. We may refuse a code that has expired or was not issued to you.

All videos, slides, scripts, recordings, worksheets and other training materials are the property of Konsortium Majumas Sdn. Bhd. and Gan Chin Soon. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share or publish them, or use them to build your own training product.
Live sessions may be recorded. By taking part you agree that your voice, name and image may appear in the recording, and that the recording may be shown to other participants. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat.
Be respectful to the trainer and other participants. Do not use our sessions or groups to sell to other participants, to harass anyone, or to break any law or your own professional rules. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms, share our materials, or fail to pay. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we will offer you another way to receive what you paid for, or, at our sole discretion, a refund.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights that Malaysian consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
We use Zoom, WhatsApp, email, Billplz, HitPay and other services to deliver our products. We are not responsible for outages or faults in those services, but we will do our best to give you another way to get what you paid for.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Your order is governed by the version in force on the day you bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Tribunal for Consumer Claims.
